FAQ

1) How to use presets/actions/overlays?

Instructions are stored within your downloads. However, please do contact us on into@photodobe.com if you have any extra questions. We are always happy to run an extra mile and help you.


2) What to do if you did not receive a download link?

- Check you Spam folder as some mail gets rejected by filters.

- If your Spam folder is empty: please write to us at info@photodobe.com stating your name. We will find the transaction and resend you the link.

 

3) Why can't I make a payment via Paypal due to "Government regulations"?

You are making a payment from a business Paypal account. Due to our tax structure we can only accepnt B2C payment, i.e. payment from private clients, not companies. Hence the best way to make a payment would be from a private Paypal account or using an alternative payment method.

 

4) I am having troubles getting presets to my free mobile Lightroom app?

Just send us an email to info@photodobe.com for extra insturctions set. Do note that we always reply within a period of up to 24 hours (typically within 3-12 hours). If you don't see a reply within this timeframe, please check you spam folder. We never miss a message and always reply within the stated period.

 

5) Can I use overlays in a mobile phone?

Yes. Use a free Snapseed app. Email us for video instructions and an extra link to access overlays via a mobile phone.

6) Can I get a refund?

Due to the fact that we sell digital goods, we operate no refunds policy. However, we provide full pre / after sale support and will be happy to find solution to any possible questions that you may have.
